As part of the Side by Side: United Communities project, the Uzhhorod Public Library and the Kostyantynivka Central Municipal Public Library combined their experience and proved that libraries can be trendy and modern for all categories of users.
Short videos on social media, particularly TikTok, introduce the audience to new books, events, and the daily life of the library, breaking stereotypes and revealing a new side to it — lively, creative, and open to all.
The exchange of ideas between libraries from different regions has helped to find new formats for work and establish more effective communication with young audiences. Today's library is about modernity, creativity, and accessibility.
