Over 180 specialists from communities in Donetsk region participated in a seminar on international cooperation and public service

On March 12, a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations of Donetsk region discussed the development of international territorial cooperation in wartime, the search for international partners, and the establishment of relations. More than 180 experts participated in the event.

The seminar also covered the following issues:

  • the main provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Ensure Legality and Transparency in the Activities of Local Self-Government Bodies";
  • the formation and maintenance of personal military registration lists in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 1487 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2022, "On Approval of the Procedure for Organizing and Maintaining Military Registration of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists";
  • key aspects of improving the quality of the analytical and prognostic component of daily information materials on the socio-political situation in the region;
  • entry into, passage through, and termination of civil service under martial law;
  • the procedure for granting social leave to single mothers (fathers); the implementation of the "yeYasla" program for one of the parents, clarification of legislation.

The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Cooperation with Local Self-Government Bodies in conjunction with relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the Donetsk Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, the South-Eastern Interregional Department of the National Agency for Civil Service, the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Labor Issues, and the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Region.
