Civil servants' remuneration based on job classification was discussed on August 21 at a seminar with representatives of district and local administrations in Donetsk Oblast.
The event also covered the following issues:
- some provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On peculiarities of regulation of activities of legal entities of certain organizational and legal forms in the transition period and associations of legal entities"
- the procedure for accepting documents to the archives department, the main requirements for preparing cases for transfer to state storage;
- application of additional leaves ("computer", for irregular working hours) for employees of military administrations of settlements, norms and grounds; regional and local waste management plans;
- preparation of key indicators for the Agricultural Sector of the draft Program for Economic and Social Development of Territorial Communities of Donetsk Oblast for 2026 and organization of the autumn fieldwork in 2025.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Liaison with Local Self-Government Bodies in cooperation with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the South-Eastern Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, and the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Labor Service of Ukraine.
During the seminar, participants gained new skills, knowledge and took an active part in discussing reports and presentations and expressed their wishes regarding the topics of further meetings.
