More than 200 specialists from Donetsk region joined the seminar on the organization of business documentation and the storage of archival documents.

On May 29, a seminar was held with representatives of district and local military administrations regarding the organization of document management and the storage of archival documents.

During the event, the following issues were highlighted:

  • review of the work of registration authorities, local self-government bodies, and effective mechanisms for filling the departmental information system of the State Migration Service of Ukraine with current data on registration/removal from registration of residence;
  • features of providing administrative services during the martial law in Ukraine;
  • physical accessibility, ensuring accessibility when providing transport services;
  • museumification as a means of preserving local memory for future generations;
  • changes in legislation in the field of library activities, the work of libraries during the martial law period;
  • information on the health status of children who may be adopted if they are abroad;
  • the procedure for awarding education workers with honors from the Department of Education and Science of the regional state administration, the regional state administration, the regional military administration, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with state awards.

The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Ensuring Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies of the Regional State Administration in cooperation with the relevant structural subdivisions of the Regional State Administration, the Main Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region, and the State Archive of Donetsk region.

During the seminar, participants gained new skills, knowledge, actively participated in discussions of reports and presentations, and expressed their wishes regarding the topics of future meetings.
