On the application of budget legislation was discussed on June 26 at a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations.
During the event, the following issues were also highlighted:
- interaction of regional executive authorities with civil society institutions and improvement of the information system regarding the socio-political situation;
- compilation of consolidated descriptions of cases, transfer to the archival department;
- the procedure for providing psychosocial and psychiatric assistance to adults and children, which is provided in mental health centers and by mobile multidisciplinary teams;
- reforming the system of sports clubs in Ukraine;
- changes in legislation in the field of physical culture and sports;
- accounting for losses incurred by economic entities in the agricultural sector in the Donetsk region as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, and diversions caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;
- implementation of organizational measures to prevent the occurrence of fires in agricultural lands and agro-industrial production facilities during the fire hazardous period of 2025;
- organization of the new 2025/2026 academic year, relevant changes in legislation.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the department for ensuring interaction with local self-government bodies in cooperation with the relevant structural subdivisions of the regional state administration and the Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education.
