The development of community planning documents was discussed on September 18 at a regional seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations.
During the event, the following issues were also covered:
- the procedure for holding consultations with the public on the formation and implementation of public policy;
- psychological support and assistance to participants of the educational process in the context of distance learning;
- changes in the legislation on the registration (issuance) of certificates of "large family" and "child from a large family" who are IDPs, as well as the procedure for issuing certificates to residents of communities located in the region;
- the procedure for transferring personal files of recipients of state social benefits to the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
- peculiarities of updating information about children under 14 and from 14 to 18 years of age in the Register of Territorial Community; procedure for registering children's place of residence;
- paperwork for artesian wells under martial law; legislation on the treatment of wild animals;
- damage to the environment in Donetsk region as a result of the Russian Federation's aggression against Ukraine;
- procedures for implementing electronic document management in military administration; digital tools that can increase the efficiency of administration;
- opportunities and challenges of implementing e-government in Donetsk region.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Liaison with Local Self-Government Bodies in cooperation with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration, regional departments of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, and the State Environmental Inspectorate in Donetsk Oblast.
