Knowledge of foreign languages is one of the important components of a person's success in the modern world. Ukrainians have a unique opportunity to learn English for free thanks to the English4Ukraine project from Mariupol State University, with financial support from a British charity fund.
More than 300 young people from Donetsk region are already actively taking advantage of this opportunity. They were engaged in the project by the "Center for Unity and National Resistance" platform in collaboration with the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of the National Patriotic Education of the Regional State Administration.
Learning with English4Ukraine is extremely convenient, as the platform is cross-platform and contains 30 educational courses designed for users with different levels of language proficiency – from beginner (A1) to advanced (C2). The content covers general, business, academic, and specialized English, as well as preparation for international tests IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL, allowing users to significantly improve their speaking, listening, and writing skills.
The English4Ukraine project is not only an important step in Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration but also in affirming Ukrainian national and civic identities.
