🔸When to submit an application?
From the 1st to the 20th of the first month of each quarter: in January, April, July, and October. You submit the application on these dates and receive money on your card within six working days after processing the application on Diia Card.
Note! If you received funds in the second quarter and used them for sports activities, you do not need to submit an application in the third quarter.
🔸Who can participate?
Veterans and veteran women, including those who have the status of persons with disabilities due to war and are 18 years old, provided that their data is included in the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV).
🔸How to enter data into the register?
The Ministry of Veterans receives data for entry into the register from over 20 military commissions. Currently, the ministry is working on timely updates of statuses. If you are not in the USRWV, contact the Ministry of Veterans:

🔸How much time is there to use the funds?
The assistance must be used by the end of the quarter in which it was accrued. For example, money received in July must be spent by the end of September.
🔸What happens if the funds are not used?
- If no hryvnia was spent — the money will return to the Ministry of Veterans, and participation in the program will be terminated. To receive payment again, a new application must be submitted.
- If part of the funds was spent — the remainder will return to the Ministry of Veterans, but participation in the program will continue, and a new payment will be received in the next quarter. There is no need to submit an application again.
🔸Where can the assistance be spent?
In sports institutions that have a merchant category code (MCC) 7941 "Physical Culture and Sports" or 7997 "Clubs — Country Clubs, Membership".
🔸What to do if the veteran's certificate is not displayed in Diia?
This may be due to the absence of a photo in the registers. If your data is in the USRWV, you can still submit an application in Diia.
🔸How to correct data in the USRWV?
