As part of career guidance for students of the Konstantinovka Higher Vocational School, which operates at the place of temporary relocation in the village of Hrymailiv, Ternopil Oblast, a meeting was organized with students of the Yaroslava Stetsko Academic Lyceum in Terebovlya.
During the event, the lyceum students learned about the peculiarities of training specialists in various profiles: electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, manual welder, cook, confectioner.
The students of the school held practical master classes for the guests, where they demonstrated their skills in working with modern equipment. The students of the lyceum had the opportunity to perform simple tasks and get acquainted with the technological processes in their respective industries.
The event contributed to a better understanding of the specifics of professions, their demand in the labor market and prospects for further professional development. At the same time, conditions were created for the exchange of experience between students from different institutions and the establishment of partnership contacts.
Despite the challenges of the war, vocational education in Donetsk region retains its modern content, is practice-oriented, and remains a key pillar in training qualified personnel needed to restore the region and develop Ukraine's economy.
