Pavlo Fedorenko, Head of the Platform “Center of Unity and National Resistance” of Donetsk Region, took part in the All-Ukrainian Congress of Heads of National Resistance Centers “2026: How to Shape the Country’s Preparation”.
On April 8, the Congress of National Resistance Centers was held, which brought together representatives from all regional centers for citizen training. The participants exchanged practical experience, discussed current challenges, and developed a common vision for the development of the population training system for 2026.
The focus is on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certain Issues of Citizen Training for National Resistance”, approved by the Verkhovna Rada and signed by the President of Ukraine. The key direction is the introduction of the discipline “Fundamentals of National Resistance” in higher education institutions. The heads of the centers shared their experiences in teaching students and effective interaction with educational institutions to ensure high-quality training of young people.
Separately, the participants emphasized the importance of further improving the legislative framework, in particular, the need to adopt regulatory decisions on mandatory training for civil servants.
Significant attention was also paid to the development of the media component: the formation of an effective communication strategy, the popularization of the ideas of national resistance, and the involvement of the civilian population in training and training.
Participation in such events allows us to consolidate the efforts of the regions, strengthen interaction between centers, and form a unified approach to training citizens in the face of modern challenges.
