A webinar titled “Food Products and Environmental Requirements in Public Procurement: Quality, Safety, and Naturalness” will take place on April 16 at 11:00 a.m. The event is organized by the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Living Planet” in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and the State Enterprise “Prozorro.”
The webinar is aimed at customers, suppliers, and other participants in the public procurement sector and focuses on the practical aspects of establishing requirements for food products, taking into account criteria of quality, safety, and naturalness.
Participants will receive clarification on the application of environmental characteristics in tender documentation in accordance with the law, as well as familiarize themselves with practical tools available on the Infobox Prozorro platform.
The webinar will address the following topics:
- environmental requirements in public procurement and their application to food products;
- existing regulatory documents governing environmental requirements for food products;
- the differences between natural, eco-friendly, and organic products;
- methods for verifying product compliance with environmental requirements;
- the correct formulation of environmental requirements in technical specifications;
- the principle of non-price criteria in food procurement;
- avoiding common mistakes when establishing environmental requirements in food procurement tenders.
This webinar will be useful for:
