Representatives of the regional state administration took part in the forum “Industrial Evolution: Manufacturing Drives the Economy,” which was held in the Kyiv region. The main goal of the event was to create an effective platform for professional discussions and the exchange of experiences among Ukrainian manufacturers, government officials, and international investors. Participants focused on strategies for survival, transformation, and active business expansion amid the challenging conditions of war.

The event’s program brought together hundreds of representatives seeking new avenues for development and tools to enhance competitiveness. During the panel discussions, experts presented real-world case studies of successful Ukrainian companies that have been able to adapt their operations to current challenges.

The discussions centered on creating favorable conditions for domestic entrepreneurs and attracting capital. Experts highlighted the following key areas for the economic sector:

  • state support for domestic production and the adaptation of tax policy to martial law;
  • attracting investment and accelerating the development of a network of industrial parks;
  • implementing effective financial and insurance mechanisms to support businesses amid war-related risks.

A separate section of the forum was devoted to the global challenges that Ukrainian businesses face on a daily basis. The speakers emphasized the importance of technological modernization, which helps compensate for a lack of resources and increase labor efficiency. For successful integration into the global arena, the speakers identified the following priority tasks:

  • developing export potential and actively expanding Ukrainian brands into new markets;
  • overcoming the acute labor shortage;
  • adopting innovative technologies.

An important part of the forum was the open networking session, where each participant had the opportunity to personally interact with potential partners. The organizers expressed confidence that the practical solutions developed during the forum will form the basis for new government initiatives and business strategies. The insights shared at the forum will form a practical foundation for future post-war economic recovery.
