






Oleksiy Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, chaired an online meeting on support for the frontline territories of Ukraine. Donetsk Oblast was represented by Yuriy Vinokurov, First Deputy Head of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration, Yuriy Klyuchka, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration, representatives of the Oblast State Administration's specialized structural units and communities.
The meeting discussed the implementation of the state policy in support of the frontline areas, problematic issues of ensuring the vital activity of the regions affected by the hostilities, as well as the implementation of legislative initiatives developed by the executive authorities and local self-government.
In his speech, Yuriy Vinokurov reported on the most pressing issues of the region's vital functions and the measures to be taken to address them. In particular, the first deputy head of the region paid considerable attention to the preparation of housing and communal facilities for a sustainable heating season in the context of active hostilities in the region and the functioning of water supply networks.
"It is very important that we have the government's understanding of the region's problems and significant support in solving them. Only by joining forces can we overcome the challenges," emphasized Yuriy Vinokurov.
During the meeting, the problematic issues of Donetsk Oblast communities that need to be addressed at the state level were also discussed.
