From November 14 to 16, 2025, Ternopil hosted a nationwide training seminar entitled "Methods of Organizing and Conducting Camps as an Effective Tool for Implementing National and Regional Programs," organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in cooperation with the Youth and Sports Department of the Ternopil Regional State Administration.
During the event, the camp methodologies of civil society institutions and executive authorities were reviewed and analyzed in order to develop a unified system for organizing and conducting camps as an effective tool for implementing national-patriotic and military-patriotic education.
Representatives of Donetsk Oblast shared with participants their experience in organizing regional military-patriotic training, tent camps, and the scout and plast movement.
As a result of the work, a draft of unified methodological recommendations for organizing NPV and VPV camps under martial law was developed, which will soon be submitted to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine for approval.
