On November 26, 2025, the All-Ukrainian BRIDGE Forum was held in Kyiv. It is a platform dedicated to analytics, coordination, and effective management of humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
The forum was attended by representatives of structural units of the regional state administration, district state administration, district military administration, military administration of settlements in the Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts, heads of central executive bodies and diplomatic missions in Ukraine, representatives of UN institutions, international non-governmental organizations, and the charitable and humanitarian sector.
In particular, the headliners of the forum were:
- Oleksii Ryabikin, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine;
- Tetiana Kirienko, Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine;
- Anatoliy Komirny, Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization;
- Matthias Schmale, UN System Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine;
- Felix Baumann, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland to Ukraine and Moldova;
- Andrea de Domenico, Head of the OCHA Office in Ukraine.
The forum discussed a wide range of issues that are critically important for regions that are under constant threat of attack and face significant humanitarian challenges.
Representatives of Donetsk Oblast took an active part in the interactive panel "Dialogue with the Authorities." During the panel, they discussed the practical assistance that international non-governmental and charitable organizations can provide to communities in Donetsk region, including those that have been relocated, to meet the needs of Donetsk residents, with information and educational work on mine and explosive hazards, evacuation mechanisms, etc.
The panel "Synergy during a crisis: the system for coordinating evacuation and providing emergency assistance" considered the effective distribution of roles between the structures responsible for evacuation; tools for collecting and analyzing the needs of evacuees; models for adapting transit centers and temporary accommodation to the real needs of the population.
