On the occasion of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, a meeting with servicemen and family members of the fallen (deceased) Heroes of the Myrnohrad community was held in the Public Space "With Myrnohrad in the Heart" with the participation of representatives of state authorities and local self-government.
The following issues were discussed during the meeting in order to inform the servicemen and family members of the fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine:
- social guarantees for veterans and their families at the state and regional levels;
- current programs of the State Employment Center for combatants and persons with disabilities caused by war.
The event also featured the presentation of:
- A book of memory of soldiers who died for Ukraine of the Myrnohrad territorial community;
- "Guide for military personnel and their families".
The family members were presented with certificates of honor from the Myrnohrad City Military Administration "For Defense of the State" (posthumously).
The Day of Defenders of Ukraine is a day of deep respect, gratitude and national unity. It is a day when we honor all those who stand and have stood in defense of Ukraine's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
