On March 19, a meeting was held with veterans, military personnel, and family members of fallen (deceased) defenders from the Bakhmut City Territorial Community.
Representatives of the regional state administration’s department for veteran policy participated in the event.
During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:
- the status and prospects of implementing veteran policy initiatives at the level of the Bakhmut City Territorial Community;
- information regarding the organization of monthly financial assistance for the children of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine, military personnel taken prisoner, and persons missing under special circumstances;
- information regarding pension benefits and the provision of discounts on housing and utility services for family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine.
During the meeting, they also discussed current issues and proposals from war veterans and family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine.
