On June 23, a meeting was held with veterans, their family members, and the families of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine from the Sartana settlement community.
Representatives from the Regional State Administration’s Department of Veterans’ Policy and the Commissioner for Persons Missing Under Special Circumstances participated in the meeting.
The following issues were discussed:
- the provision of state and additional social guarantees funded by the state and regional budgets;
- the legal status of persons missing under special circumstances during military service;
- key measures of the “Comprehensive Program to Support War Veterans, Family Members of Fallen (Deceased) War Veterans, and Family Members of Fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine, children of Ukrainian military personnel taken prisoner, and persons missing under special circumstances during military service in the Sartana Settlement Territorial Community for 2026–2027.”
Artur Nasibyan, Head of the Department of Veterans’ Policy at the Regional State Administration, provided information, in particular, on housing programs and mechanisms for participating in relevant government initiatives.
