On September 29, to mark Defenders of Ukraine Day, a meeting was held in Dnipro with veterans and family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine from the Myrnohrad City Territorial Community.
Representatives from the Regional State Administration’s Department of Veterans’ Policy and the “Caritas Mariupol” Charitable Foundation participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
- the implementation of veteran policy in the Myrnohrad City Territorial Community;
- employment services for veterans, their family members, and the families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine;
- the process of obtaining disability status.
Artur Nasibyan, Head of the Department for Veterans’ Policy at the Regional State Administration, provided information on social guarantees provided at the national and regional levels and discussed in detail the housing programs currently in effect.
