The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution amending the Procedure for Providing One-time Financial Assistance for the Purchase of Solid Stove Fuel to the Population Residing in the Territories Where Military Operations Are (Were) Conducted During the Heating Season.
The amendments stipulate that those people who did not apply for assistance in 2025 by August 24, 2025, may apply to the local government authority at their declared or actual place of residence by October 24, 2025.
In addition, families (households) that include internally displaced persons who are recipients of benefits or housing subsidies for the purchase of solid stove fuel and have not received financial assistance for heating from international organizations will be provided with additional support for the purchase of solid stove fuel in 2025.
This is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for Providing Additional Support to the Population for the Purchase of Solid Stove Fuel during the Heating Season, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1169 of October 15, 2024.
