According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 11, 2025 No. 299, two categories of individuals must undergo annual physical identification by December 31 in order to continue receiving pension payments.
These categories include pensioners who:
temporarily reside outside Ukraine;
live in territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.
Pensions are paid at the place of the pensioner’s actual residence within Ukraine indicated in the application, regardless of their declared or registered place of residence.
An application to transfer pension payments to a new place of residence may be submitted in paper or electronic form.
In paper form:
By applying to any selected service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
In electronic form:
Through the personal account on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
