When state and humanitarian initiatives come together, a true force of support emerges. Acting Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center Nataliia Adamova, together with specialists from the Kramatorsk branch, held outreach consultations for visitors of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Kramatorsk.

During the meeting, employment service specialists provided individual consultations, shared information about state support programs, and explained opportunities for employment, training, and starting one’s own business.

The participants also discussed joint areas of cooperation between the Employment Service and the Red Cross — as both organizations work with people who need attention and support.

“We believe that assistance is not only about humanitarian aid packages or consultations. Above all, it is about humanity — the willingness to listen to a person and help them find their path to stability,”— emphasized Nataliia Adamova.

Red Cross volunteers do tremendous work — they support internally displaced persons, assist people with limited mobility, conduct mine safety training, and provide psychological support.

Many staff members of the organization in Kramatorsk take part in community service projects organized with the support of the Employment Service. In turn, Red Cross representatives have conducted first aid training for Donetsk Employment Service specialists.

This partnership demonstrates that by combining the efforts of state and humanitarian institutions, much more can be achieved — helping people recover, find employment, and regain confidence in the future.
