The Ukrainian Cultural Foundation is accepting applications for the Culture. Regions program with a budget of UAH 30 million until March 1, 2026. A special focus is on supporting cultural projects in frontline and deoccupied communities.
This year, two LOTs are being offered:
▪ "Local Culture,"
▪ "Reintegration through Culture" (projects for frontline and deoccupied territories).
The "Reintegration through Culture" LOT is aimed at restoring cultural life in areas affected by hostilities. It provides support for artists, cultural operators, and local communities, the creation of mobile cultural formats, and the preservation of cultural heritage.
Legal entities and sole proprietors registered in regions where hostilities took place or which were temporarily occupied, in particular Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, are eligible to apply.
The grant amount for projects in frontline and de-occupied territories ranges from UAH 300,000 to UAH 1 million.
Funding is available for mobile cinemas and exhibitions, artist residencies, performances, digital and multimedia projects, and creative spaces that promote cultural reintegration and support communities near the front line.
