Swimming in bodies of water is prohibited throughout the Donetsk region! If you decide to spend time near the water, choose only specially equipped beaches where lifeguards are on duty. Swim during daylight hours when weather conditions are favorable. Do not enter the water while under the influence of alcohol, and do not swim alone.
Pay special attention to children—they must be under constant adult supervision, even when wearing flotation devices.
Remember the dangers of natural bodies of water: rivers can have strong currents, whirlpools, and deep spots; the sea can have waves and slippery surfaces; and jumping into the water in unfamiliar places can lead to serious injuries.
In an emergency, it is important not to panic, conserve your energy, and act cautiously. Following safety rules helps prevent tragedies.
