If you are between 14 and 35 years old and live in a community with a population of up to 5,000, this is your chance to implement a socially important project for the development of your community:
- development of youth initiatives in the community;
- educational, cultural, environmental, volunteer, and inclusive activities;
- trainings, forums, camps, workshops;
- creation of youth spaces;
- development of leadership and civic engagement;
- creation of useful products or services for young people.
Grant amount: from 50,000 to 200,000 UAH.
Deadline: March 31, 2026.
Submit an application Individuals aged 14–35 who:
live in a small community (up to 5,000 people);
have been registered there for at least 1 year;
have an idea for a youth initiative or project for community development.
Participants aged 14–18 must have the written consent of their legal representatives.
To participate in the competitive selection for budget grants, applicants must submit a competitive proposal to the Ukrainian Youth Fund, which must include the following main documents:
- Application for participation in the competition.
- A cost estimate for the implementation of the youth project.
- A plan for the implementation of the youth project.
- Information about the applicant's experience confirming their youth work, in particular: information about events held and projects implemented; a description of other forms of activity; links to publications on the Internet; letters of recommendation from partners, state authorities, local self-government bodies, educational institutions, or other institutions (if available).
- A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (pages 1, 2, 3-6 (if there are any marks) and the page with a mark of the address of the declared/registered place of residence (stay) or a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an e-passport (front and back).
- A copy of an extract from the register of the territorial community, formed no earlier than the date of the competition announcement. The date of registration of the applicant in the relevant small territorial community for which no date of removal (cancellation) of registration has been set must be at least one year prior to the date of the competition announcement.
- A copy of the certificate of registration as an internally displaced person. The date of registration of the applicant in the relevant small territorial community must be at least one year prior to the date of the competition announcement (if available).
- A copy of the taxpayer's registration number (except in cases where an individual has refused to accept a taxpayer's registration number due to their religious beliefs and has officially notified the relevant regulatory authority of this and has a mark in their passport).
- A written statement from the child's legal representatives confirming their consent to the minor's participation in the competition and, if he or she is selected as the winner, to the acceptance and use of grant funds in accordance with the terms of the competition — if the applicant is between 14 and 18 years of age.
