


The Donetsk Regional Center for Tourism and Local History of Student Youth held a remote seminar for educators responsible for tourism and local history work in cities and districts, as well as for active participants in the tourist movement.
The event brought together more than 50 participants from 18 communities of the region to discuss current issues and challenges in the field of tourism and local history.
The program of the seminar was rich and included speeches by leading experts from the Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education and the Lviv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education.
The seminar addressed topics such as the role of Ukrainian local history as a nation-building phenomenon, current challenges and tasks of tourism and local history work, the relevance of hybrid warfare research, the results of the All-Ukrainian Children's and Youth Military and Patriotic Game "Sokil" ("Dzhura"), and the organization of work in the 2025-2026 academic year.
The seminar has become an important platform for sharing experiences, discussing the latest approaches and identifying priorities in working with young people, which is especially relevant in today's context.
