A regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held under the chairmanship of Ihor Boyko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration. This week, they reviewed the procurements made by the Shakhivska rural territorial community during the current year.
The head of the Shakhivska village military administration, Serhii Sazhko, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned 32 procurements of goods and services worth UAH 52.4 million. The head of the community noted that most of the funds were spent on supporting the Ukrainian Defense Forces, building defensive structures and purchasing fuel and lubricants, film and electronic warfare equipment, repairing equipment after enemy shelling, and more.
Ihor Boyko noted that according to the Department of Economics of the Regional State Administration, from September 24 to October 2, 2025, the region's customers in nine territorial communities planned 14 procurements worth almost UAH 34.1 million. Out of the 14 procurements, 2 contracts for the purchase of diesel fuel and gasoline were concluded.
He also emphasized that the Transparency and Accountability working group, which also includes representatives of law enforcement agencies, will continue to monitor procurement conducted and planned by the region's communities.
