In February 2025, Nataliia Strilkova, who had a law degree and professional experience in the field of law, in particular as an individual entrepreneur, applied to the Kramatorsk branch of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center. Nataliia had a disability and wanted to realize herself in the administrative and office sphere, in particular in office work.
Natalia actively implemented all the activities planned in her individual employment plan, took responsibility for each step and maintained regular contact with her career counselor.
