Another meeting of the commission for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the vital activity of the population in a special period took place, where the status of enterprises registered in the Donetsk region was confirmed.
The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Head of Donetsk region, Ihor Boiko.
To confirm the status of critical infrastructure, one enterprise addressed the members of the commission. This enterprise provides comprehensive maintenance services for facilities (in particular, a network of dormitories for internally displaced persons), ensures the organization of work, and provides household services.
Considering the above, in accordance with paragraph 61 of the Criteria and Procedure, a decision was made regarding the absence of the need to conduct a compliance check of the enterprise against the criteria specified in paragraph 2 of the Criteria and Procedure.
The secretary of the commission, Semen Paniotov, reported that to confirm compliance with the criteria for recognizing it as critical, the enterprise provided a package of documents that were reviewed by the commission members. This enterprise was recognized as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the vital activity of the population in a special period in the territory of the Donetsk region.
The commission members also heard remarks regarding the operation of this enterprise and ultimately voted to recognize it as critically important.
