For the third consecutive year, Donetsk Oblast is participating in the “Side by Side All-Ukrainian School Leagues” competition. Last season, 32 general secondary education institutions from 13 communities in the region were registered.
In the current academic year, the competition, under the slogan “TOGETHER WE WILL WIN,” is being held in five stages from September 2025 to June 2026.
Ihor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, spoke about the participation of teams from the Donetsk region in the “Side-by-Side All-Ukrainian School Leagues” and “Side-by-Side All-Ukrainian Student Leagues” competitions during a briefing.
This season, 137 general secondary education institutions from 40 territorial communities in the Donetsk region have registered, which is nearly four times more than last season.
A new project, the “Side by Side All-Ukrainian Student Leagues,” also launched this season.
