The Slavyansk Vocational College of Industry and Pharmacy continues to develop despite its relocation.
Since 2022, classes have been held on the campus of the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology (USUCT) in Dnipro, where the college’s administration and faculty are committed to creating the best possible learning environment.
A new powerful impetus for modernization came from the institution’s participation in the “Device Coalition” project, initiated by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Government of Ukraine, with the active involvement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to provide Ukrainian educational institutions with modern digital technology.
Recently, the classrooms provided to the Slovyansk Vocational College of Industry and Pharmacy by partners from the UDPT were equipped with three modern interactive panels, which were delivered as part of the Emergency Recovery Program. For faculty and students, this marks a significant leap forward, as it now enables the visualization of complex chemical and technological processes and pharmaceutical technologies, the conduct of virtual laboratory experiments, the defense of coursework and thesis projects, and the fulfillment of educational and career guidance objectives.
Thanks to these multimedia capabilities, instructors can effectively use digital whiteboards, conduct real-time testing, and engage students in collaborative work directly on the screen, transforming learning into a dynamic, interactive experience.
