The Donetsk Regional Library for Children, with the support of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, invites you to join the regional literary readings “Voice of a Fighting Heart: Poetry of Indestructibility” as part of the project “Donetsk Region on the Map of Time.”
In times of trial, literature becomes not only a source of inspiration, but also a real support. The main guest, volunteer soldier and poet Bohdan Nazarenko, will share his experience of understanding war through words. The author of the collection “Fifteen Months of War” and founder of the project “Voice of the Fighting Heart,” he will talk about how poetry helps to find meaning and preserve identity in stressful conditions.
This meeting is a unique opportunity to hear a voice speaking in verse directly from the front lines and to be filled with the power that words can give.
The online event will take place on August 26 at 11:00 a.m. To participate, please fill out the registration form.
