On November 6, Olena Redko, Head of the Service Delivery Department of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, took part in a seminar for representatives of district state administrations, district and city military administrations, military-civil administrations, and executive bodies of city councils in the region. The event focused on current issues related to the activities of state institutions under martial law.
During her presentation, Olena Redko highlighted the modern opportunities offered by the Employment Service for citizens seeking work and explained the registration process and specific features of service provision during wartime.
“Today, the Employment Service is a partner for everyone who strives to find a job or develop their own business,” emphasized Olena Redko. “Our specialists provide personalized consultations, help write resumes, prepare for interviews, find vacancies, and choose the best direction for career development.”
Citizens also have the opportunity to acquire a new profession or upgrade their qualifications free of charge at educational institutions that cooperate with the Employment Service. Vocational training helps people adapt to the labor market, acquire in-demand skills, and improve their competitiveness — especially for those who lost their jobs or were forced to relocate because of the war.
The Donetsk Employment Service continues to operate for the people, constantly adapting its services to modern challenges.
“Every day we look for new ways to help everyone who comes to us. The main thing is not to stop, to believe in yourself, and to make use of the opportunities provided by the Employment Service,” she concluded.
The event became another platform for experience exchange among representatives of state institutions and for strengthening cooperation aimed at supporting the population and stabilizing the regional labor market.
