On August 5, 2025, Acting Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Nataliia Adamova, held a working meeting with Tetiana Kolhan, Head of the Veteran Space Development Center. They discussed potential areas of cooperation to ensure the effective reintegration of veterans into the labor market and social life, and to create conditions for broad access to resources, support, and confidence in their future.
The Donetsk Employment Service is already offering veterans a comprehensive support package: assistance with employment through access to verified job openings, opportunities for vocational training and retraining, starting or developing a business through the “eRobota” grant program, consultations, and personalized support.
“We strive to ensure that every veteran has the opportunity to feel confident — whether finding a job, starting a business, or mastering a new profession,” emphasized Nataliia Adamova.
Together with Tetiana Kolhan, they outlined a joint action plan that includes informational events and campaigns, motivational meetings, and practical assistance for veterans and their families.
Ms. Tetiana highlighted that cooperation with the Employment Service will significantly expand the support options available — from consultations to concrete steps in employment or starting a business.
