On July 15, 2025, specialists from the Donetsk Regional Employment Center organized an off-site meeting for internally displaced persons (IDPs) with an employer — the TRIO sewing factory, located in the village of Gorinchevo in Zakarpattia. The event was held directly at the factory, in cooperation with the humanitarian hub “Yednannia” of the Pokrovsk City Council.

Representatives of the factory talked about their business — they sew work clothes — shared their plans for the future, explained what kind of workers they currently need, and invited seamstresses to apply for jobs. The participants of the meeting saw the workshops and workplaces. Everyone was able to ask questions and get answers.

The head of the enterprise, Oleksiy Orlyk, spoke in detail about working conditions, social benefits, flexible working hours, salary levels with the possibility of growth, bonuses for length of service, health benefits, and a “welcome” incentive payment for new employees after two months of work.

The factory pays special attention to supporting displaced persons. IDPs are offered free accommodation in a dormitory in the village of Nyzhniy Bystry (a temporary settlement), organized transportation to the workplace, a friendly atmosphere, and a team that supports newcomers at every stage of adaptation.

The meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Many people became interested in the vacancies during the event and decided to try their hand at a new place.

The Donetsk Regional Employment Service continues to establish communication between employers and job seekers, helping people who have been forced to leave their homes to find decent work and regain confidence in the future.
