Tetiana Kanunnikova is an experienced healthcare professional who has devoted her entire life to helping others, working as a nurse and paramedic in her hometown of Kostiantynivka. The war forced her to leave her home, city, and job, relocating to the Dobropillia area.
In her new location, Tetiana did not face her challenges alone. She turned to the employment service — a step that helped her restore her professional path.
Employment service specialists assisted her in preparing a resume and highlighting her experience, identified potential career development options, offered current job openings and training programs to improve her qualifications, and supported her at every stage of the job search.
Tetiana took the opportunity to enhance her skills at the Poltava Vocational Training Center of the State Employment Service through the educational program “Development of Social and Psychological Adaptability in Conditions of Dynamic Change.” She then secured a job as a paramedic at SE “Dobropilliavuhillia-Vydobutok.” Today, she continues doing what she loves — saving lives and helping people — in a new team and under new conditions.
“I am sincerely grateful to the employment service for their support during this difficult period. They helped me not only find a job but also believe in myself. With this kind of approach, you feel confident and realize — you’re not alone,” Tetiana shares.
The Donetsk Regional Employment Service is always ready to support those seeking employment or a career change. We help with resume writing, job searching, vocational training or skill enhancement, interview preparation, and restoring confidence.
