At the prestigious competition, which brought together participants from 22 countries, Leon confirmed his leadership in the weight category over 95 kg. Thanks to his high level of skill and preparation, he won gold medals in the jerk, snatch, biathlon, and triathlon events, and also became a silver medalist in the long cycle event.
The athlete is an Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine and has successfully represented Donetsk region on the international stage for many years. In particular, in 2025 he won four gold medals at the World Championship and four medals at the European Championship — three golds and one silver. For his outstanding спортивні achievements, Leon receives a monthly regional scholarship.
