The government has extended the deadline for physical identification of recipients of certain types of state social assistance until November 1, 2025 (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1219 of October 1, 2025).
Physical identification must be completed by recipients of social assistance who:
as of the beginning of the full-scale invasion, were registered with social protection authorities in temporarily occupied territories or in areas of active hostilities;
since February 24, 2022, have not applied to continue receiving payments in other territories.
This requirement applies to recipients of:
▫️ state social assistance to persons who are not entitled to a pension and to persons with disabilities;
▫️ state social assistance to persons with disabilities from childhood and to children with disabilities.
