In April 2022, the SafeWomenHUB online platform was launched to provide psychosocial support to people affected by the war.
Its work was made possible thanks to the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy and the Office of the Government Commissioner for the implementation of the main tasks of the Regulation on its activities within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation with the ICF “Ukrainian Public Health Foundation”, as well as technical support from UN Women.
The Platform offers confidential online psychological counseling, confidential counseling from social workers, comprehensive social and psychological assistance, legal and medical assistance through referrals, information about the risks of gender-based and sexual violence during war, and what services are available to respond to them.
Consultations on the SafeWomenHUB platform are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can contact us by phone at +38 0669004569, +38 0669004018, or by sending a message to the platform's official social media pages:

At the same time, as part of the project “Strengthening National and Local Mechanisms for Preventing and Responding to GBV in Ukraine,” a digital application called “Zv'YAZOK” has been developed—an interactive tool to support the psychological and emotional well-being of professionals working with victims of gender-based violence and GBV.
The app helps reduce symptoms of professional burnout, preserve emotional resources, and strengthen inner resilience.
