In honor of Ukraine’s Defenders’ Day, as part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” the Toretsk, Ruzhyn, and Kaniv communities invite you to join the joint online campaign “Three Communities—One Gratitude.”
It’s very easy to join the campaign! Choose a way that’s convenient for you to express your gratitude:
- read a poem or other poetic work dedicated to the defenders of Ukraine and record a video;
- draw a picture or create a piece of art as a token of gratitude and take a photo of it;
- take a photo with a message of thanks to our defenders;
- record a short video message and say a heartfelt “Thank you!”;
- Or choose your own creative way to express your gratitude.
Post the video or photo on social media and add the hashtags:

Anyone who wishes to participate is welcome—regardless of age!
