To commemorate Heroes of Kruty Day, as part of the Side by Side: United Communities project, the communities of Toretsk, Ruzhyn, and Kaniv have joined forces to launch the Let's Read About Kruty challenge.
The goal of the initiative is to show that despite the distance, we are strongly united by our shared memory of heroes and our love for Ukrainian books and words.
How to join the challenge:
- Choose a book, article, or memoir dedicated to the events at Kruty.
- record a short video in which you read a poem or an excerpt from a prose work, or take a photo with the selected publication;
- post the video or photo on social media and add the hashtags:
