The implementation of the project of the Ministry of Social Policy within the framework of the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?" initiated by the First Lady Olena Zelenska is ongoing.
This project involves the creation of Resilience Centers in communities, where every person can receive psychosocial support for free.
The Dobropillia, Pokrovsk, Mangush, Nikolske, and Sartana territorial communities are participants in the experimental project and collaborate with charitable and public organizations to provide social services in the region and beyond.
The communities of Donetsk region have established five resilience centers, three of which provide comprehensive social services to evacuated residents of Donetsk region to build resilience outside the region - in the cities of Kyiv and Lviv.
This year, 14 joint evenings/meetings with older visitors regarding experience exchange were held at the resilience centers, with 120 older people participating.
These meetings help our elderly fellow citizens overcome the difficulties of wartime, integrate into host communities, and maintain connections with Donetsk.
Our Resilience Centers are friendly, barrier-free spaces where every resident of the community can seek support from a psychologist or consult with a social work specialist.
We invite all residents of Donetsk to visit the nearest resilience center and receive comprehensive social services for building resilience.
