The operational algorithm was agreed upon during an online meeting chaired by Deputy Head of the Office of the President, Viktor Mykyta, with the participation of the Ministry of Economy.
“Pulse” is a two-year experimental project developed within the framework of the “Dialogue between Government and Business” meetings and the “Made in Ukraine” policy, both initiated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The platform enables businesses to submit requests online, complete e-identification via a digital signature, “Diia,” or other services, integrate with state registries, receive automatic notifications about request status, access analytics dashboards, and evaluate the performance of government bodies.
Each request will follow a clear algorithm — from submission to the publication of an official response in the user’s account. This ensures transparency, accountability, and timely response to business issues.
