In our daily routine, we often focus on tasks and helping others, leaving our own needs in the background. At the same time, it is the small steps of self-care that help to restore strength and maintain inner balance. It can be a cup of warm tea, a walk in the fresh air, or a rest without unnecessary messages.
As part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How are you?" in August, we prepared a selection of tips on how to take care of yourself:

Self-care is the path to resilience and strength even in difficult times.
The development and implementation of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "How are you?", initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, is supported by the Coordination Center at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine / Mental Health UA with expert support from the World Health Organization (WHO).
