As of October 19, 2026, the State Agricultural Registry has resumed accepting applications to designate enterprises in the agro-industrial complex as critically important.
This was announced by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Enterprises may submit applications in accordance with the updated sector-specific criteria approved by Order No. 11 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine dated September 2, 2026, taking into account the requirements of Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023.
Before submitting an application, companies are advised to familiarize themselves with the current versions of regulatory documents and verify compliance with the established criteria and legal requirements.
Previously issued orders of the Ministry of Economy designating companies as critically important remain in effect for the duration specified in those orders.
