The Donetsk Regional State Administration considered the issue of confirming the status of critically important enterprises

A meeting of the regional commission was held today to identify enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are critical to the functioning of the economy and to ensuring the livelihoods of the population during this exceptional period in the Donetsk region.

The meeting was chaired by Semen Paniotov, Director of the Department of Economy of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Deputy Chair of the commission. Commission members and representatives of relevant departments of the Regional State Administration participated in the meeting.

The commission reviewed applications and documentation packages from 16 enterprises:

  • 13 enterprises whose “critically important” status is subject to review due to amendments to certain provisions of the regional Criteria;
  • 3 enterprises whose “critically important” status can be confirmed based on the documents provided, specifically certificates regarding the amount of the average wages accrued for insured employees and tax calculations of income amounts accrued (paid) to individuals, the amounts of tax withheld from them, as well as the amounts of the single contribution to compulsory state social insurance accrued for the last calendar month.

The submitted materials were preliminarily reviewed by the relevant departments of the regional state administration. During the meeting, commission members verified the enterprises’ compliance with the established criteria and reviewed the submitted documents.

Based on the results of the review, the commission adopted the appropriate decisions regarding the confirmation or revision of the status of critically important enterprises in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

During the meeting, the commission heard a report from Commission Secretary Iryna Dudulyak on the results of the document review and the enterprises’ compliance with the established requirements.

The commission’s work continues in accordance with the deadlines set by the Government. Its primary task remains ensuring the uninterrupted operation of enterprises, institutions, and organizations whose activities are essential to the stable functioning of the economy and the livelihoods of the population of the Donetsk region.
