Natalia Adamova, Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, held a working meeting with Oleksandr Holovin, Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Donetsk Region.
The main focus of the meeting was the implementation of a joint tax support service for participants of the “Own Business” program in order to make the process of running a business more understandable, accessible, and convenient for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Together with Mr. Holovin, they discussed practical mechanisms of cooperation that will allow for prompt tax consultations, support grant recipients at all stages of business development, and minimize the risks of reporting errors.
Special attention was also given to establishing sustainable communication between the parties. Such cooperation makes it possible to resolve operational issues more quickly, respond more effectively to entrepreneurs’ requests, and ensure high-quality service.
“We strive to ensure that every participant in the ‘Own Business’ program feels supported not only at the stage of receiving a grant, but also throughout the process of business development. Joint work with the tax service helps reduce bureaucratic burdens, ensures transparent rules, and gives businesses confidence in every step they take,” Natalia Adamova noted.
As a result of the meeting, the parties identified the next steps for implementing the service, which will become another effective tool for supporting business development.
