The Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Nataliia Adamova, held a working meeting with the management and specialists of the Sloviansk-Lyman Taxpayer Service Department of the Kramatorsk State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Donetsk region. The key topic was the implementation of a joint tax support service for participants of the “Own Business” program, aimed at making entrepreneurship more understandable and accessible for start-up entrepreneurs.
Together with Olena Venetska, Deputy Head of the State Tax Inspectorate and Head of the Sloviansk-Lyman Taxpayer Service Department, they discussed practical mechanisms of cooperation that will enable prompt tax консультації, support grant recipients at all stages of business development, and minimize the risks of reporting errors.
Special attention was given to establishing sustainable communication between the parties. Such cooperation allows for faster resolution of operational issues, more effective responses to entrepreneurs’ needs, and the provision of high-quality services.
“We strive to ensure that every participant of the ‘Own Business’ program feels supported not only at the stage of receiving a grant, but also throughout the business development process. Cooperation with the tax service is about entrepreneurs’ confidence in their actions, reducing bureaucratic barriers, and creating clear and transparent rules,” Nataliia Adamova emphasized.
As a result of the meeting, the parties outlined the next steps for launching the service, which will become another tool to support small businesses in the region.
