As part of the implementation of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Environment in Ukraine by 2030 and the Action Plan for 2025–2026, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, work is continuing in communities in Donetsk Oblast to develop the social services system.
As of December 1, 2025, 72 social service providers were registered in the territory of Donetsk region controlled by the Ukrainian government. Their list is attached.
