As part of the "Side by Side: United Communities" project, an online meeting will be held with residents of the Toretsk urban community who are currently temporarily residing in the Kaniv community.
The meeting will take place on April 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Online access will be provided at the venue, the Shevchenko Public Library in Kaniv.

Meeting topic: Social support for specific categories of residents of the Toretsk community, including:
- families with children;
- people with disabilities;
- senior citizens;
- people facing difficult life circumstances due to health issues.
The meeting will cover:
- who is eligible for financial assistance;
- what types of assistance are provided through the Toretsk community budget;
- the procedure for submitting documents;
- the processing times for applications and the amounts of payments.
Representing the Toretsk community, representatives from the Social Protection Department of the Toretsk City Military Administration and specialists from the Toretsk City Center for Social Services will participate in the meeting.
Representing the Kaniv community, representatives from the Kaniv City Center for Social Services will join the meeting.
